Custom Plexiglass Sheets

Our custom-cut plexiglass sheets are made of a synthetic polymer or methyl methacrylate, which is a thermoplastic. These acrylic sheets are well-known by trade names such as Acrylite®, Lucite®, or Perspex®. It is prone to scratching, flexible and very sturdy. Polycarbonate sheets are very similar to plexiglass sheets in that they are both a thermoplastic. Polycarbonate sheets are tougher than plexiglass or acrylic and more heat resistant. Polycarbonate surpasses all other thermoplastics for glazing use, safety and strength. During the customization process you can choose a square or rectangle shape with a glass thickness of ⅛” or ¼“. All sheets have a seamed edge that is not polished which makes it perfectly suitable for most applications. It’s lightweight and shatter-resistant properties add a great choice for areas where safety is very important. Plexiglass is sturdy but flexible making it a great alternative to glass for many projects.
