glass fit perfectly...didn't have a clue what i was doing but it worked..i am a single mother with boys, who broke the middle mirror of a medicine cabinet, i had no idea how to fix it, and i diffently couldn't afford to replace the whole cabinet so i took a chance and measured the area brought the glass and it worked wonderful, i am so proud of myself for fixing it. thanks

I have ordered mirrors before & they were shipped to N.Y without any problems. In fact Dulles packaging is the best I have ever seen. On a recent order, one of the mirrors was cracked due to mis-handling during shippment. I took pictures & emailed the problem on a Saturday & by Monday morning they called & were ready to re-make & ship a replacement mirror at no cost. (It arrived O.K.) That's GREAT service. Thank you.

We needed a replacement glass sheet for a curio cabinet that had been broken. After checking some local glass cutters, Dulles had the best price. The glass sheet was well packed, was cut perfectly, and fit like a glove. It arrived in a timely manner as well. We will definitely use Dulles again and suggest them to all of our friends.

I was pleased with how quickly my order arrived. The mirror was packaged very securely as well. My only issue is that in the upper left hand corner there is about a 5-6" scratch. The image is also blurry after a distance of 2 or more feet.

I ordered two custom sized, beveled mirrors and both were exactly correct. Couldn't be more happy with them - they look wonderful! However, it took nearly a month to get them, because FedEx broke the first shipment and Dulles had to remake and reship them. Not sure that Fedex is the way to go.

the mirror arrived perfect and beautiful, very well made. we think a bit more direction on measuring would be helpful as my husband sent exact measurments and thinks he should have sent a 1/8 inch reduced measurement as the mirror is slightly too large. he can use the router to enlarge the opening. he does not hold you responsible as you did say there could be 1/8 inch variation. the mirror was very well packed, backing terrific.

I just got done hanging a custom mirror my husband and I made together. Thanks to Dulles it turned out really beautiful. We just moved into a new house. The owner left behind really beautiful cherry wood cabinet doors in the basement. We took one with glass and decided it would make a nice hanging mirror. Dulles website was so informative and easy to use it took just minutes to order the mirror part. One week later the mirror arrived. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the mirror. The measurements were spot on so it dropped perfectly into the cabinet door. No cracks or chips because the packaging is very sturdy. I love this company and plan to use them again very soon for another project.

I am very pleased with this company and its products. I first ordered 2 large rectangular beveled mirrors, and they arrived quickly, in the right sizes, with no flaws. They were well packaged for shipment, so there was no breakage. I immediately ordered one more beveled mirror, with the same results. My only problem is that I still need 2 small oval beveled mirrors but was told that their equipment could not bevel such small ovals. I'm still looking for a supplier for those.

For your service and product I would give it a #5. I am unsatisfied with your web site though. I ordered what I thought was a small beveled mirror, I put the dimensions in and never was prompted for a beveled size option, since I was on the the page for bevels and it was a small mirror I just assumed that the size of the bevel was not optional due to the small size of the mirror.. I was just informed that your fabrication machines don't handle any measurement less that 17", which is fine but your web site should have indicated that. So this problem can't be rectified. I would certainly use your company again but NOT through your web site.

After searching for someone local to make a 14x30" oval mirror and finding the cost prohibitive, I came across Dulles Glass & Mirror on line. Not only was it a FRACTION of the cost of the local shops, but it was delivered WEEKS faster than any of the local shops said they could have it for me. I could not find a pre-cut mirror in the dimensions that I needed so I ordered a custom cut mirror from Dulles. The order was shipped quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the mirror when it arrived - very nice. I called Dulles for technical assistance on adhesives for attaching the mirror and received excellent service. I give Dulles a 5 rating for both quality of product and for customer service.

Purchased a custom sized mirror for a frame. First mirror received was packaged very well but was broken inside. We left a message at the phone number listed. The first thing the following day we received an email that the mirror has been reordered and being shipped. We also received a phone call apologizing that the mirror was received broken and to ensure we received the email that another has been shipped. Second mirror received in 2 days and perfect. I am satisfied with the mirror that I ordered. I was disappointed that the mirror that I ordered originally did not arrive the way I thought I had ordered it. I went through their website and to the beveled edge tab. Thought I had placed the order correctly but was surprised when the flat edge mirror showed up. I went back to verify how I ordered and it seems that no matter what tab you click on the default is a flat edge selection. They did send me what I ordered but was disappointed in the ordering process. Hope this will help someone avoid this same mistake.

The mirror I ordered arrived in a timely manner, which was helpful to our project; although, When I opened the box, the corner of the mirror was broken. I called Dulles, and they sent me a new one right away, which was in perfect condition upon arrival. It also arrived very quickly as well as superb comunication from Dulles regarding an e-mail I sent requesting a timeline. We are happy with their sevice, and looking at purchasing a glass shower door in the near future.

The mirror I ordered was for a mirrored art piece that my grandmother purchased in the 70s. She left it to me in the 90s when she died. When we moved, it got dropped and one of the pieces broke. My hobby is designing and firing custom art tiles for use in various applications including mirror frames. I use small, variously sized mirrors. I could not locate a local supplier that manufactures what I need. I checked many online sources and found the Dulles web site to be extremely simple and easy to use. I ordered one miror as a test and was pleased with the quality of the mirror, the quality of the packaging and the speedy delivery. I plan to use Dulles for future needs. One note: I checked the costs for shipping multiple mirrors together. The online system does not appear to offer a discount for multiple items shipped at the same time.

I received my beveled glass mirror but found it had a scratch on one corner. I notified Dulles and they reordered it. I received my replacement but it was broken in shipment. I notified Dulles and they called me and apologized and asked if I wanted to try again. I told them I was in no hurry and they reordered it. I received my third mirror in perfect condition. If I had been in a hurry for this mirror it would have been a problem but this mirror is for a project that I have been working on for more then a year. I would use them again for special projects that do not have a time restraint.

The mirror arrived one day ahead of schedule. It was very well packaged and was just the right size to replace a worn mirror in a half bath. I took it out of the box and slid it into the tracks that were already there. It looks great and I could not be more pleased. It was easy to order and I received it in less than a week.

I order this custom cut mirror,because I searched all over for a oval mirror to fit a rattan oval frame had to settle for a square mirror behind the frame settled for that for years pretty awful looking. A little more than week ago I was surfing the internet for mirrors and ran across your company the price was right so I purchasedit on the 17th of July ,the mirror arrived today. It was well packaged and I was not disappointed with your beautiful product I have already put it in the frame (perfect fit)and have it hangig in my bathroom. Beautiful. Regardless of warning stickers the gorillas handling this delivery caused it to be delivered in pieces. Never opened the package, it was easy to determine by just picking up the box

I received a notification from FedEx that my order had been delivered. But when I arrived home, there was no package. It was either stolen or delivered somewhere else.

I ordered 2 custom size mirrors, and when they arrived, both mirrors were broken badly, well beyond repair, I guess it pays to shop local. The box looked to be intact, but when we opened it there were pieces of glass everywhere. THe only good thing I can say about the packaging is it contained the mess until the box was opened.

Recieved our new 1 inch beveled mirror yesterday for the bathroom. The old mirror was showing its age. This one looks great. Dulles Glass & Mirror have been great to work with.
