I ordered two rectangle panes of laminated glass. They arrived promptly and the dimensions were exactly what I had ordered. Unfortunately, one panel was broken. I called Dulles and explained the situation. The very pleasant Customer Service Rep said that they would send a replacement. One week later, the replacement panel arrived. Again, it was cut exactly to my dimensions. Thank You.
