This was the first time I ordered a custom made mirror. I did not know Dulles Glass & Mirror at all and simply found them via google. Their website was excellent, explained all features of the custom made mirrors and provided pricing immediately online. The pricing appeard reasonable. I also checked out websites of other companies that sell custom-made mirrors, but most of them did not provide a lot of detail online, in particular pricing was not provided online. Most of them provided a number to call in order to get information. After submitting my order online (standard delivery was free) the mirror arrived within a few days in a very professional package and the mirror met all of my expectations. I am fully satisfied by my shopping experience and recommend Dulles Glass & Mirror to anyone in need of a custom made mirror.

The mirror was shipped promptly and the packaging and labeling was A-one. The mirror arrived in good condition. I have hung the mirror and am pleased with its appearance. Only one item on the negative side: The mirror was shipped with a Clip Set. There were no instructions or suggestions on how best to use the clip set with best results. Fortunately I am somewhat handy around the house and managed. Still very pleased overall with service received.

After trying other vendors, I selected Dulles. The website was easy to navigate and the mirror arrived so quickly. What was impressive were the precautions in packaging the mirror so carefully . One of the easiest purchases I have ever done. I took my measurements, plugged them into the order form, and in 4 days we had our wall mirror. I must say, I was hesitant about purchasing a mirror that had to be shipped via third party, but Dulles packed it perfectly where there was not a blemish. It took a while before unpacking our mirrors, but after my husband finished the frame (4'X 8') to put the mirrors into. He unpacked the 2 boxes with 4 mirrors each. The mirrors were packed so well, there is little chance of being dammaged. He was very glad we ordered the finished edges, as it made handling much easier. Thank you for a lovely finished project.

Custom cut Gray mirror

I ordered the "gray" mirror in custom size.Recieved excellent communication and tracking details from seller and item arrived fairly quickly after order. Arrived in perfect shape and very well protected, however, item color was not "gray' at all but almost jet black with very little reflectivity. Contacted customer service by email in the evening and promptly recieved a call from Esmerelda next morning to discuss my concerns. There were no problems or disputes and all agreed that the mirror was much darker than shown on the website (I believe they intended to change the picture after this).they gave me a full refund of my money without hesitation and I did not even have to send the "black" mirror back. So, all in all....a very Professional and courteous seller that I would not hesitate to reccomend..just wish the mirror was "gray ".....even though it ended up free...it really does not work for the application I had in mind. seems they really want to provide 100% customer satisfaction...I was very impressed with the company. I gave 5 stars because of the great customer service.

Replacement Mirror - Better than the Original!

We had a framed mirror that broke during our recent move but loved the frame. The mirror size wasn't standard (roughly 11" x 15") so I knew I had to custom order the mirror. I did some google searching and found Dulles Glass and Mirror. They had the best price + shipping of all the companies I reviewed so that's who I went with. The mirror arrived today and the quality is better than the original! The item came via FedEx and the packaging was great. It was double wrapped, isolated by polystyrene foam, and looked flawless when I got it. The only thing for people be to be aware of, is that the company does state they have a +/- 1/8" tolerance on the size of the mirrors. I made sure to measure the frame and budget right in the middle of the tolerance so it would fit. I measured the mirror when it came in and both measurements were - 1/8". Again, this was expected but just be sure to factor that in when selecting the dimensions for your custom mirror. Overall this has been a great experience and I'm really pleased with the mirror!

After searching for someone local to make a 14x30" oval mirror and finding the cost prohibitive, I came across Dulles Glass & Mirror on line. Not only was it a FRACTION of the cost of the local shops, but it was delivered WEEKS faster than any of the local shops said they could have it for me. I did not order the White Aluminum Shelf Brackets so, the survey is listing the wrong Item. However, I did order a large custom mirror for a closet organizer I just built. It looks great and of high quality. I was worried about shipping the mirror from the factory to Colorado but, the packaging was excellent and worth the cost. My wife loves the mirror. I will definately be ordering in the future

Purchased a custom sized mirror for a frame. First mirror received was packaged very well but was broken inside. We left a message at the phone number listed. The first thing the following day we received an email that the mirror has been reordered and being shipped. We also received a phone call apologizing that the mirror was received broken and to ensure we received the email that another has been shipped. Second mirror received in 2 days and perfect. Exactly as ordered and fits the frame perfect. Would highly recommend!

I am satisfied with the mirror that I ordered. I was disappointed that the mirror that I ordered originally did not arrive the way I thought I had ordered it. I went through their website and to the beveled edge tab. Thought I had placed the order correctly but was surprised when the flat edge mirror showed up. I went back to verify how I ordered and it seems that no matter what tab you click on the default is a flat edge selection. They did send me what I ordered but was disappointed in the ordering process. Hope this will help someone avoid this same mistake.

The mirror I ordered arrived in a timely manner, which was helpful to our project; although, When I opened the box, the corner of the mirror was broken. I called Dulles, and they sent me a new one right away, which was in perfect condition upon arrival. It also arrived very quickly as well as superb comunication from Dulles regarding an e-mail I sent requesting a timeline. We are happy with their sevice, and looking at purchasing a glass shower door in the near future.

The mirror I ordered was for a mirrored art piece that my grandmother purchased in the 70s. She left it to me in the 90s when she died. When we moved, it got dropped and one of the pieces broke. My hobby is designing and firing custom art tiles for use in various applications including mirror frames. I use small, variously sized mirrors. I could not locate a local supplier that manufactures what I need. I checked many online sources and found the Dulles web site to be extremely simple and easy to use. I ordered one miror as a test and was pleased with the quality of the mirror, the quality of the packaging and the speedy delivery. I plan to use Dulles for future needs. One note: I checked the costs for shipping multiple mirrors together. The online system does not appear to offer a discount for multiple items shipped at the same time.

I received my beveled glass mirror but found it had a scratch on one corner. I notified Dulles and they reordered it. I received my replacement but it was broken in shipment. I notified Dulles and they called me and apologized and asked if I wanted to try again. I told them I was in no hurry and they reordered it. I received my third mirror in perfect condition. If I had been in a hurry for this mirror it would have been a problem but this mirror is for a project that I have been working on for more then a year. I would use them again for special projects that do not have a time restraint.

I received a notification from FedEx that my order had been delivered. But when I arrived home, there was no package. It was either stolen or delivered somewhere else.
