Mirror Warranty

When you invest in a mirror from Dulles Glass & Mirror, you're getting a high-performing, long-lasting product expertly constructed of the best materials available, and we're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. With two (2) full years of coverage from the time of installation, our mirror warranty is the best in the industry.

Here's what we offer:

Dulles Glass & Mirror guarantees all of its sales and installations, and will, at our discretion, repair or replace any faulty glass or hardware. Dulles Glass & Mirror will provide all labor and materials necessary to fix and/or replace faulty mirror glass and/or hardware installed for two (2) years from the date of installation.

Here are our terms and conditions:

• Dulles Glass & Mirror is not liable for glass breakage, damage or failure due to misuse, or to acts of nature including fire, flood or earthquake.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused through installation in a wet environment, or in a damp or moist environment, or in a structure that admits water intrusion.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication.
• Breakage caused by settling of the architectural structure in which the mirror is installed is not covered in the warranty.
• Use of harsh, abnormal or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided for your proper maintenance of your product.
