#1: Sales Consultant

Dulles Glass and Mirror located in Manassas, VA, a well established, high-end full service glass and mirror fabricator/contractor serving the metro area over 20 years is seeking a highly motivated full time Sales Consultant who is willing to grow with the company.

This position includes working with Homeowners, Contractors, Builders, and Designers in design, selection and pricing of their glass and mirror projects. We are looking for highly motivated creative individuals who enjoy selling. Most sales leads are provided.

Position Title: Sales Consultant

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Service walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with all their glass and mirror requirements.
• Enforce customer service standards.
• Submitting all forms and report in an accurate and timely basis.
• Developing new customers and maintaining current customers.
• Coordinate orders for customers.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in Glass & Mirror industry, Stone & Tile industry, Kitchen & Bath industry and/or Interior Design/Remodeling Industry preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required
• Strong Customer service and communication skills.
• Must be highly motivated individual willing to work to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Regular Saturday rotation is required.
• Must be a team player with ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Spanish as a second language is a plus.
• Good driving record.

#2: Scheduling Coordinator and Sales Consultant

Dulles Glass and Mirror located in Manassas, VA, a well established, high-end full service glass and mirror fabricator/contractor serving the metro area over 20 years is seeking a highly motivated full time Scheduling Coordinator and Sales Consultant who is willing to grow with the company.

This position includes working mainly with scheduling and coordinating measurement and installation teams’ daily operations with Homeowners, Contactors, Builders and Designers.

Position Title: Scheduling Coordinator and Sales Consultant

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Employee will be a part of the Customer Service and Office Support team.
• Scheduling and Coordinating Installations and Measurements of Projects with customers and daily tracking.
• Assisting customers with installation and measurement issues.
• Assisting walk-in and call-in customers with all their glass and mirror requirements.
• General office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Applicant must possess EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills.
• Must be flexible with working hours and schedule (possible evenings and weekends)
• Customer Service background is a plus.
• Must be "Thick-skinned" and able to work in a high pressured environment .
• Must be motivated individual willing to work to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power point).
• Familiarity with Glass and Mirror Glazing and/or Residential remodeling industry is a plus.
• Spanish as a second language is a plus.
• Applicant preferably lives in Northern VA.

#3: Glass Tempering Line Operator

• Must have complete knowledge of running a semi automated glass tempering furnace including controlling temperatures, heating time and other parameters to assure quality fabrication.
• Must be familiar with all aspects of tempering and technical knowledge of horizontal tempering furnaces.
• Must be familiar with all aspects of glass handling and cutting procedures.
• Knowledge of running insulation glass lines a plus.
